"Really easy and solid detail"
I got my car detailed here last week and overall had a really good experience. The whole process was super easy from start to finish, which I appreciated. My car came out looking really clean, especially the interior, and they got most of the dog hair out too. There were a couple tiny spots missed around the cup holders, but nothing major. I’d still say I was happy with the service.

I had to wait about 15 minutes before getting in, but it wasn't nothing too bad. The wash came out good, and the staff kept the line moving well. I'd still go back again.

"Convenient Location"
I really like how convenient this spot is, especially when you just need to swing by quickly. My only complaint is that I wish they stayed open a little later sometimes.

"Bad Timing More Than Anything"
I reached out to scrubadub with a question about my order, and I think I just caught them at a bad time. They did get back to me and were polite, but it took longer than I was hoping. Once they replied, they answered my question and helped me out without any issue. Not a terrible experience, just not super quick either. Overall, it was kind of average for me.

"Works okay, but navigation can be confusing"
It works fine overall, at least from what I’ve used so far. I just found some of the pages a little hard to get around, though maybe I’m missing something or not using it the right way. Still, it does what it’s supposed to do.

"Discount worked, but checkout was annoying"
The discount did go through in the end, so that part was fine. But the checkout promo was kind of confusing, and I kept having to verify myself over and over, which got annoying. It made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be

"Feels Like It Used to Be Better"
I used scrubadub.com for an undercarriage cleaning after driving through a bunch of salt and slush. It was easy to use, but i remember these kinds of washes feeling more thorough before. The car looked fine afterward, but I’m not totally convinced it got everything off underneath, especially for the price. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as good as I was hoping. I’d maybe use it again if it’s convenient, but it didn’t really impress me.

I tried Scrubadub for a tire and wheel cleaning, it came out clean. There were still a few little spots left behind, but nothing major, and not enough to bother me. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d go back again.

"Quick fix and great support 😊"
My monthly pass wasn’t showing up right after I paid, so I emailed them expecting it to take forever. To my surprise, someone got back to me the same day 🙂 They checked everything, fixed my account, and even made sure I didn’t miss out on any washes. Super easy and painless. 5 stars from me!

I was getting ready to book and expected the usual last-minute fees to pop up right before checkout. But this time, everything was clear from the start. I could see the full total before I confirmed anything, so I knew exactly what I was paying. It made the whole booking process feel a lot less stressful

I tried scrubadub.com last week and it was a good experience overall. The water pressure was strong and knocked off most of the dirt really quickly, and the soap coverage was decent too. One side of my car seemed like it got a little less soap than the other, but it still came out clean and looked good afterward. I’d definitely use it again if you’re looking for a quick, solid wash.

"Decent for a quick wash"
I got my car washed here and it came out okay, not bad, just not quite as clean as I was hoping. Like, at first glance it looked fine, but then I noticed a few spots still hanging around on the lower doors and the back window, which was a little annoying. If you just need a quick wash and aren’t expecting it to be spotless, it’ll do the job, but it does feel kind of hit or miss sometimes.

My car was finished in good time, so I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever. I’m giving 4 stars because there was a small delay at drop-off, but it wasn’t a big deal

"Worth It After a Good First Impression"
My first impression of the membership plan was positive, and so far it’s lived up to that. I signed up because I figured if I was going more than once or twice a month, it would probably pay for itself, and that’s exactly been the case. There have been a couple times where the line was longer than I’d like, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m happy I got it and feel like it’s been worth the money.

I stopped in for what I thought would be a quick wash, and it actually was, well, maybe even quicker than I expected. The vacuums were open right away, so I didn’t have to stand around waiting, and the suction was really good too. made cleaning out the inside of my car way less of a hassle

"Reliable whenever I end up going"
I’ve been using Scrub-A-Dub for a while now—honestly I can’t remember if I first started going a few months ago or longer than that, but every time I stop by, the equipment has been solid. The vacuums work, the wash bays usually seem open, and everything starts up like it’s supposed to. Not a whole lot else to say, but it’s just nice not having to track someone down or move to another spot because something isn’t working. Reliable place.

"Decent wash, but a bit pricey"
I’ve used Scrubadub a few times now, and overall the service is okay. My car usually comes out looking decent, but for the price, I expected a little more. There were still a few spots I had to wipe down after. It’s not bad by any means, just not the best value in my opinion.
